Apple Cobbler
Ingredients
  • 4 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place the apples in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix together the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over apples.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Stir in milk until mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour batter over the top of the apples.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
