- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 small apples, diced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- In a medium saucepan, bring the oats and milk to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the diced apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
