Apple Cider Bacon…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, red onion, celery, and bacon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar and honey.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
