Aloo Palak
Ingredients
  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  2. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
