- 1 large head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the potatoes and cauliflower and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the turmeric, coriander, red chilli and garam masala powders. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot.
