- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt.
- Dip chicken breasts in the mixture to coat completely.
- Place chicken on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
