Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix oats, almonds, and coconut in a bowl.
  3. Combine honey and olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until honey is melted.
  4. Stir honey mixture into the oat mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread granola onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir granola and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely before breaking into clusters.
