- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine oats, almonds, almond butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- Mix until ingredients are evenly combined.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
