Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine oats, almonds, almond butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix until ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture into the pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
