Aioli Sauce
Ingredients
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Steps
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the garlic, mustard, and salt. Pulse until the mixture is combined.
  2. Slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream while blending. Add the lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
