Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, and salt.
  3. Slowly add the melted butter while whisking.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
