- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked pork, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons grated cucumber
- 2 tablespoons grated cabbage
- 3 tablespoons bean sprouts
- Mix the shrimp, pork and chicken together in a bowl.
- Add the grated carrot, cucumber and cabbage.
- Mix in the bean sprouts.
- Roll the mixture into small spring rolls.
- Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
