Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooked pork, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons grated cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons grated cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons bean sprouts

Steps
  1. Mix the shrimp, pork and chicken together in a bowl.
  2. Add the grated carrot, cucumber and cabbage.
  3. Mix in the bean sprouts.
  4. Roll the mixture into small spring rolls.
  5. Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve.
