Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, cilantro, fish sauce, oyster sauce and white pepper.
  2. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a plate.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork meatballs.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
