Vietnamese Noodle…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound thin rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
  5. Serve hot.
