Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps
  1. Mix the garlic, green onions, fish sauce and brown sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Add pork slices to the marinade and mix until all the pork is covered.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated pork to the hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.
