- 1 lb. pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Mix the garlic, green onions, fish sauce and brown sugar together in a bowl.
- Add pork slices to the marinade and mix until all the pork is covered.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated pork to the hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.
