- 1 lb. pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- In a bowl, combine the pork cubes, garlic, fish sauce, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix well to coat the pork.
- Thread the pork onto skewers and place on a hot grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with steamed rice and your favorite vegetables.
