Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine the pork cubes, garlic, fish sauce, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix well to coat the pork.
  2. Thread the pork onto skewers and place on a hot grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Serve with steamed rice and your favorite vegetables.
