Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, sugar, garlic and pepper. Place the chicken in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
