- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Thai chile, seeded and minced
- In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and rice vinegar.
