Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Thai chile, seeded and minced
