- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add fish sauce, sugar and water. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated and pork is caramelized.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
