Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add fish sauce, sugar and water. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated and pork is caramelized.
  3. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
