Ingredients
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper and onion and cook until softened.
  2. Add the garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Stir in the black beans and cooked rice. Cook for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  4. Serve in bowls with your favorite toppings.
