Vegetarian Fajitas
Ingredients
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with warm tortillas.
