Vegetarian Chili …
Ingredients
  • 1 can vegetarian chili
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapenos, sliced

Steps
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with chili and cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  5. Top with scallions and jalapenos. Serve warm.
