- 1 can vegetarian chili
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, sliced
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spread chips on a baking sheet.
- Top with chili and cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Top with scallions and jalapenos. Serve warm.
