- 1/2 lb. lo mein noodles
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup celery, julienned
- 1/2 cup onion, julienned
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lo mein noodles and cook for 8 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.
- Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve hot.
