- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of baguette
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano and basil.
- Spread mixture onto slices of baguette.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
