Toffee Popcorn
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 cups popped popcorn

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and baking soda. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the popcorn onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
