Toad in the Hole
Ingredients
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 150ml milk

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
  2. Place the sausages in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Whisk together the egg, flour and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over the sausages.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
