- 4 sausages
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 150ml milk
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
- Place the sausages in an ovenproof dish.
- Whisk together the egg, flour and milk until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the sausages.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
