- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 6-8 spring roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts and green onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture in the center of a wrapper.
- Fold up bottom corner over filling; fold in side corners; roll up.
- Continue with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Fry spring rolls in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
