Thai Spring Rolls
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 6-8 spring roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts and green onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture in the center of a wrapper.
  4. Fold up bottom corner over filling; fold in side corners; roll up.
  5. Continue with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Fry spring rolls in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
