Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce, or to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package thin spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package instructions

Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the peanut butter and stir until melted. Pour in the vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chili garlic sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the cooked noodles and stir until evenly coated with the sauce.
  3. Serve hot.
