Thai Crispy Pork
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork belly
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

Steps
  1. Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and white pepper. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix to coat evenly.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add the pork cubes to the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
