- 1 lb. pork belly
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and white pepper. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix to coat evenly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Add the pork cubes to the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
