Thai Coconut Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Rinse the jasmine rice in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
  6. Serve warm.
