Thai Chicken Stir…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add bell pepper, broccoli and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Serve over rice or noodles.
