- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, cumin, garlic powder and chili powder until well blended.
- Spread into an 8 inch pie plate.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
