- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork, and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, pineapple juice, soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour mixture into the skillet with the pork.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
