Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork, and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, pineapple juice, soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour mixture into the skillet with the pork.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
