Stromboli
Ingredients
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced salami

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, parsley, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the dough to within 1 inch of the edges.
  5. Top with slices of ham and salami.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling. Pinch together any seams that come apart.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown.
