- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
- 8 ounces thinly sliced salami
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle and place on a greased baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, parsley, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the dough to within 1 inch of the edges.
- Top with slices of ham and salami.
- Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling. Pinch together any seams that come apart.
- Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown.
