Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until sausage is browned, about 3-5 minutes, breaking into crumbles as it cooks; drain excess fat.
Stir in marinara sauce and red pepper flakes until well combined; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions; drain well.
Serve ravioli with sauce and garnish with parsley.
