Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 32 ounces cheese ravioli of choice

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until sausage is browned, about 3-5 minutes, breaking into crumbles as it cooks; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in marinara sauce and red pepper flakes until well combined; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions; drain well.
  6. Serve ravioli with sauce and garnish with parsley.
  7. Enjoy!
