- 1 lb white American cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- In a medium saucepan, heat milk over low heat. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Add green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Stir until combined.
- Serve warm with chips or vegetables.
