- 3 cups cucumbers, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cucumbers, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and red pepper flakes.
- Transfer the mixture to a large jar or container with a lid.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
