Spicy Pickles
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cucumbers, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cucumbers, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and red pepper flakes.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a large jar or container with a lid.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
