Ingredients
  • 4 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. 1. Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2. Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the rib racks with the spice mixture.
  4. 4. Place the racks in the preheated smoker and cook for 4 hours.
  5. 5. Brush with a favorite barbecue sauce and continue cooking for 1 hour or until done.
