- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with chiles
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with desired toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream and/or crushed tortilla chips.
