Slow Cooker Pulleā€¦
Ingredients
  • 3-4 lb. pork shoulder roast
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over the pork shoulder and rub into the meat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the pork is cooked through and tender.
  5. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
