Slow Cooker Pulleā€¦
Ingredients
  • 1 (3 lb) boneless pork shoulder roast
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle of barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps
  1. Place pork roast into a slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. Pour over the pork roast.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
  4. Shred the pork with two forks. Serve in tacos.
