Slow Cooker Pulleā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2-3 lb. pork shoulder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Place pork shoulder in slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder and salt. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is cooked through and easily shreds with a fork.
  4. Shred pork with two forks and serve on buns with desired toppings.
