- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cold water
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
- Add the oil and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the cold water, stirring until a dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into 3-inch circles with a cookie cutter or a knife.
- Fold each circle in half and press the edges together to form a cone shape.
- Fill each cone with your favorite filling and seal shut with water.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve warm.
