Roasted Sweet Pot…
Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix until sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread sweet potato wedges onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
