- 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
