Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2-3 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and paprika. Season pork with salt and pepper, to taste. Add pork to the bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 6-8 minutes; stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in orange juice, lime juice and garlic. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until pork is tender and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with warm tortillas.
  5. Enjoy!
