- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and garlic powder.
- Brush each pork chop with olive oil on both sides. Dip each side of the pork chops into the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.
- Place pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
