- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chickpea flour and salt.
- Slowly add the vegetable oil to the mixture, stirring with a fork until it forms a thick dough.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes, until it is smooth and pliable.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin disc.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place one disc at a time in the skillet and cook for 1 minute on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and place on a paper towel to cool. Repeat with remaining discs.
