- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound chicken, pork, or beef, thinly sliced
- 4 cups fresh Chinese broccoli (gai lan), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the oil and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
