Pad See Ew
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound chicken, pork, or beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups fresh Chinese broccoli (gai lan), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

Steps
  1. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the oil and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot.
