Mushroom Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Serve hot.
